Local sync for AI coding agents

Pull a project from a remote SFTP/SSH server into a local folder, work on it with any AI agent or editor, then sync changes back up, with conflict checks so nothing on the server gets silently clobbered. Every connection is a friendly form, never hand-edited JSON.

I work at the seam between engineering and architecture. My job is choosing the boundaries, naming the trade-offs out loud, and keeping the whole thing simple enough that the next person can extend it without a map.
